PROCESSING CONDITION GUIDE:
The quality of products depend on the quality of resins, extruder machines, and extrusion processing condition. Important factors that should be concerned in processing conditions are melt temperature, stretching temperature and stretching ratio. Moreover, line speed in production and finished products make the condition adjustable. Recommended processing condition. Melt temperature - Cast Film 200-260 deg.C, - Blow Film 190 - 220 deg.C, Stretching Temperature 100-140deg.C/ Stretching Ratio 5-7
